The suggestions I had come across while researching for my interview prep were all about just prep your stories, but these rounds dig way deeper than expected.
mine started with a time i missed a deadline. thought it’d end there. but they kept going...what did you tell your team, who else was impacted, what would you do differently.
another one was about peer conflict. standard stuff, but then the follow ups were around how i made sure it didn’t come back up again later.
the questions sound normal but they push until you either have receipts or admit you didn’t handle it well.
Honestly, they’re not trying to score you on results. they’re listening for how you talk about the parts that didn’t go well
