Goodbye TCS 8 Years of Blood, Sweat, and Lessons
14th August was my last day at TCS, ending a 8 years journey. It wasn’t all sunshine far from it.
I’ve seen the good side of this place: amazing colleagues, a few genuine leaders, and countless memories. But I’ve also seen the ugly side, politics, favoritism, backstabbing, and management that can break your trust in a heartbeat.
I fought hard for my growth, my respect, and my sanity here. There were moments I almost gave up, moments I was pushed to the edge. And in the end, betrayal from team management sealed my decision to walk away.
Still, I leave with my head held high. No title, no rating, and no biased decision can define your worth.
To anyone stuck in the same boat, fight for yourself, don’t be afraid to walk away, and remember: loyalty should be mutual, not one-sided.

Finally a positive post after a long time.. GO BRO/SISTER..
Was it your first company? What is your skillset & next destination? - We all need some motivation.
Thanks a lot! Yes, TCS was my first company — joined in a support team. After a few years, I took a break to complete my master’s, then rejoined and moved into the cloud space. Now I’m wrapping up my journey here as an Azure Administrator.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this, your career is your responsibility. Keep upgrading your skills, never be afraid to start fresh in a new domain, and don’t let temporary setbacks decide your long term story. The right opportunities will come when you’re ready for them.

Same situation I'm in.. trying hard to survive but not able to. It seems time to move on. Worst politics ever in my experience compared to other organisations.
Its time bro. You can. Don't take decisions based on emotions. Think and act, also plan and work on that take your time. ♥️

It's there in all organizations... it's all the same ... tcs is rhe trend setter ... join for a project and leave once the project is about to golive... one needs to juat increase your salary and save for retirement... if you start believing in these orgs, one is doomed!
