Good time to join an early stage startup as a fresher?
I'm currently a SWE intern at a Series A startup (loss making) and they have offered me a full-time role. They have 2 years of runway.
I also have an offer from a very recently funded seed stage startup (pre revenue) with the same runway. It is a team of 13 people.
As a fresh grad, considering similar pay and growth opportunities, which one should I join?

2nd is more like a pandora’s box. Stick with 1st if no major issues

internship getting converted to full time is a good vibe on resume too!

Both offers are full-time conversion after an internship 😅. Any other metric to make a better decision?

People. See where the people are more inspiring, will help you grow or help you with connections. The startup world is small, having good leaders can help you immensely
How much they offered for fultime CTC and what is your tech stack
Learning is always more important than package. But let no one tell you that money doesn't matter.
