Good time to change jobs?

Don’t see much growth in current job (Design manager). Too much project management with very little support from product. Decision paralysis by senior management is putting a lot of pressure. But with the current job market not sure if it’s a right time to change jobs.

Try it out, if you find something good then take it but market is not so open so you may take time so don’t get disconnected from your current job

I would have stay put if I were in your place. The market is shitty and there's very little expectation of getting salary hike + good company to work at. If you're getting both then maybe you can consider switching
