Good Project Suggestion

I'm currently doing on-call support role in TCS in rotational shifts. I have no other skills apart from this on-call role. My project is going to end and I'll be released from this in the next 3-4 months. I request anyone to suggest me good projects related to development or will have much growth. I've a total of 3 years experience. Please help me to know what kind of projects should I accept. Hoping for more suggestions/replies from everyone who sees the post. --- By a frustrated TCSer
