Nothing like that.. Everything has it own difficulties but if u work under direct client it's better than to work under tcs with the client

Bench period is the best instead of to work in project. Only one thing 6 month once you need some allocation . some people understood about tcs management that’s y lot of people staying in bench.

You will degrade your value there, leave as soon as possible, I don't hire anyone from tcs in my company, strict instruction to hr whenever we hire for our department. Most people are there are kamchor. Leave it so not to have that tag on you.
