Near to Sony World Signal, there is Modern Deluxe PG where I stayed for almost an year in 2017-18. After COVID, I spent 6 months in Zolo Phantom PG in 22-23. Both are good places.

Try Locl Coliving. Stayed there for about 6 months. Great caretaker. Decent rooms if you're on the right side of the building
