7moGood or Bad IPF Rating
I joined TCS in July 2024, having 6 years of prior work experience and after completing 1 year in TCS got 4.1 IPF Rating. I had been in project since last 7 months and rating was provided by Project Manager.
Should I feel happy with 4.1 or is it just normal rating ? Do they provide above 4 rating to all in Anniversary appraisal ? What grade do people generally get with 4.1 IPF ?

@PungentAuthenticity One of my friends got 4.8. It doesn’t matter since you are not going to get any benefit for anniversary appraisal.

It's a normal rating, in TCS rating doesn't really matter. hike/promotion incentives almost everything depends on Band.
