TCS doing buybacks saying good performance but at the time of giving QVA the unit say bad performance and not giving full QVA... This is a serious joke... Someone should sue them
Fateecher management. 100%WFO doesn’t mean to get 100% variable pay. My WFO index is 100% and I received 56% QVA. What a joke…
