Trending @Accenture; Good Hike through MyCompetency

I have heard that if we get P4/p5 in our primary skill then we get a good hike. But recently there was a call of mycompetency and recognition. I didn't join that call. But later when they mailed that if u missed the call then check this pdf. Then in that pdf I saw that now if we do P4/P5 then we will only get some badge and recognition points. No hike is mentioned there. So, am I right that now doing P4/P5 won't give us any hike in the salary?
