Good culture companies in Bangalore

Which companies are the best in terms of culture and work life balance in Bengaluru for product managers? There may be cycles of pressure and late hours crunch but this shouldn’t be the norm. Lately, some of the good companies have become highly toxic due to senior management.

Would really appreciate some suggestions as I’m looking for a job switch. Thanks!
