Good books for leadership/marketing communication

Please suggest some practical books 🙏 for leadership and marketing communication.

Especially for managing optics, setting expectations, quarterly board notes, doing damage control when needed, keeping things high level without triggering anxiety from the ground work etc.

Coming from engineering background I am trying to improve the soft side of things.
