Good biomedical or pharma companies suggestion in hyd

Hi peers,

I am currently in HSBC as a Data Analyst but have interest towards genetics but due to my career shift I couldn't get into the biomedical field. What are some companies offering remote or hybrid, if hybrid in Hyderabad, do you think are good with stable growth and not bad wlb. If it's remote or monthly once hybrid, any location is fine.

Something like pharma, biotech which are into data science and don't require a medical background.
