Once you transferred to the PM side, I don't think 4 years of dev remain relevant anymore.

Considering 5 years of PM experience, your fixed compensation looks solid

Since you have done an MBA, toh I am assuming that you would have done it after doing a dev job for 4 years. So there would have been a complete break of 2 years from dev work.. And after post graduation, you would only be working on PM job .... So why do you think that your dev experience is relevant anymore ? 🤔

Depending on your previous salary it may be good or average. But given you have 5 years of exp as a PM this looks good.
