Good Article about Loyalty

It's the great lesson learnt. In my view Loyalty is a weakness and perceived as Not being capable. Loyalty must be for oneself and the family.

There are people who joined from outside with 13 yrs exp drawing much higher salaries than those who were within tcs for 17 yrs. Then age is only factor for those who thought they stayed loyalty to tcs, but I presume that company didn't perceive employees loyalty as Loyalty but as a incapability as they stuck around for long time. Salary for those who stay with tcs in my view would be lower than those lateral hires.

This above named company is running under all camouflaged polices actually intending to take care national people with kind only but that is also in diplomatic ways. If still they say experience certainty it would be a highest ever fraudulent assurance to INDIAN job seekers.
