Gone are the days of TCS to be employee friendly- layoffs!

As the saying goes, if a bird sits on a Branch, it trust its wings not the branch. Time to upgrade and please dont think about job safety. You are in corporate no one safe, wants to survive upgrade your skills.

I am sound harsh but this is fact. No one's truly care about an individual. The overall growth is what matters to the corporate. Be vigilant and act wisely dont be "All in".
