No. Product design aint a creative field anymore. You dont see creative solutions to problems now. Glad that I had been learning motion design and editing side by side and will shift to content creation in next 2 years

What makes you feel this way?

Product designers are busy trying to portray themselves as intellectual rather than designing good stuff. “Hey look 500 sticky notes on my wall, I job so cool 🤡 I am Ux designer, dont tell me to do visual”
I feel like slapping every designer who can’t design shit and just use fancy ux jargons and portray themselves as intellectual.

What's golks?

*folks

Designers title is changing every 2-3 yrs. Graphic designer Ui/ux designer Ui designer Ux designer Product designer I don't even know who I'm right now, then how can I think about the next 10-15yrs

Creating great experience is never going to fade. Usage of AI might eliminate the need of basic designing and prototyping but research backed design solution will always be in demand. This is just the beginning, experience design in AR and Spatial Reality Display will grow more.

I don't see Product Design being just product design in the next 10-15 years.
We're going to be upskilled Front End Developers who use Figma to build end to end Front end experiences and simply connect them to backend APIs.
If I don't do this, I'll probably be the proud owner of a grocery shop. 🤷🏽
Abhi hi sustain karna mushkil ho raha hai 🤣😭
