Goldman Sachs offer evaluation

Hey guys, just got an offer from GS for associate SDE.

YOE - 3

Fixed - 37 LPA Bonus - 9 LPA Total = 46 LPA

Current compensation: Fixed - 22 LPA Bonus - 2 LPA RSU - 168 units per year ~ 38 LPA Total = 62 LPA

Reason for change - pay is too stock heavy and fixed salary is too less for 3 YOE.

What do you guys think about this offer.
