Goldman Hike Eligibility | Offer Discussion

Hi everyone, I recently got an offer from Goldman sachs and had a quick question

By what time in the year if i join i would be eligible for upcoming hike cycle? I'm gonna join in july will i be eligible? my recruiter told me i might not be eligible. Also how are the hike percentages at goldman?

YOE - 3 years

CTC offered (44-45LPA) 37 Lakhs Fixed 7-8 Lakhs variable 5 Lakhs joining

Is it worth joining gs?
