Golden days for job switches are over? Tell me this is wrong.
I remember those days when people used to get calls from naukri, used to give warm up interviews to prepare for their interviewing journey and bagged multiple offers. Now Always asking for a referral for every job in numerous target companies is not sustainable I believe. What is the way out if the current role or company is not aligning with your goals, work life balance requirements, no scope of quality work. If anyone tackled his way out , please guide us too.
In 2021 I had 14 offers in 2024-2025 combined i didn't get 14 calls for interview such is the state of market
i agree on this. Somehow, i haven't got a single call from my application thru Naukri. I one put up a fake resume , with such awesome credentials, that looked like i had the exp/talent to create a company on my own. But still didnt get a call.
Right, this hurts.
