Gold and silverEtfs are fraud?

Hii I have recently invested in silver etfs due to the market hipe of silver. I thought it will follow the instruments price that is silver in this case. But what I realised it does not. Silver etf price always does not move in the direction of silver, also not in the same proportion. How can then someone rely on these assets, as these can be easily manipulated due to large buying or selling. What's your view? Any other choices to invest in gold/silver other than etfs.
