True Indians have been slaves for a millennia our DNA is ingrained in slavery. The government will take no such measures to help its own people because the people running the show come from the same lineage of slaves. We as workers have no rights or privileges, these corporates literally own our asses when it comes to giving us a job. Can fire us at any time at their discretion. I feel most of tech giants are coming to India because the labour is cheap and you can literally treat us like shit ans nobody will bat an eyelid, the government would be the last one to do atleast.

I don’t think this is accurate info. Know someone in Gojek and it’s planned for next year and Pune people will be asked to move to Bangalore office.

Bangalore is already crowded. GoJek want to move many developers to Jakarta. So Pune people will not be given option. In future Bangalore people will be given option to move to Jakarta

Checked with a buddy at GoFin and he mentions that they are already cut short in head count during previous layoffs and have a lot of piled up. Says there are no such vibes there. Looks like upper management just asks everyone to give 110% and they are already burnt out. If this is true, it's going to be a big blow for them and become a pathetic company.
