I got 5%, some of my teammates got 4% as well. Tbh at this time getting appraisal and not a layoff is way better relatively 🥲🥲

I have 3.25% and heard from other colleagues that they have around 4-7%. Only a select few supposed to be promoted or were lowballed a lot have 7+
