Going to the office after Resignation.

I had resigned from TCS 2 weeks back I wasn't going to the office as my system was not compatible with the office WIFI network ( TCS Yamuna) , but as soon as I resigned my manager called that you can use LAN it's enabled now and come to the office on a regular basis. My question is what if I don't complete the 85 percent attendance that they have been asking, will they postpone/shift my last working date. It's diwali week and no one is there in the office so I don't want to go there and the office being too far doesn't help either ( it takes 2.3 hours one way to reach the office).

Just wanted to know the possible outcomes if I skip office for a few days.

Thanks.

Okay thanks for replying , so is there any scenario where they can increase your notice period, just checking to be double sure.

If quarterly results are announced after ur LWD, then also you don't get QVA even if you have 100% WFO index. So WFO doesn't matter much. And if we talk about increasing ur LWD l, they will not do that

Resigned in August, LWD is coming up in the next 5 days.
Never been to the office once, the only thing is QVA will be lost. Which is okay for me.
Don't worry, nothing will happen, your manager is just another egoistic TCS management who has been sitting here in the comfort of playing with people's careers.

Hey, you must've got the final settlement by now, did they try to recover any salary from you in the name of WFO Non compliance?

Hi @TheNardDog, did you go to the office in your notice period? If yes then how many hours did you stay? Please reply.
