I am going through mental trauma. My TL keeps shouting saying that I don’t know anything. He doesn’t give proper requirements and when asked he shouts infront of everyone

Ask to get a release from Project in worst case Do seek help from your Manager/HR
Reason them with politeness and you're having issues
