Trending @Infosys; Going on bench advice needed
I have around 10 year of experience and joined Infy 1.5 year ago… from joining onwards I was working on project in SURESERV unit and from 6th oct going to bench. I am full stack leads primary skill on .net, angular and azure any tips or suggestions what I can prioritised while on bench?? I have good repo with manger & last year got commendable rating.. this year raining get impacted due to this ??
If looking for switch then this is golden opportunity. Outside market you can inform immediate joiner and grab the opportunity. Infy can release you early as you will be on bench and raised e seperation in system.
How was market outside.. currently getting around 21lpa hear.. how much I can expect & if stay how much hike Infy provide on commandable rating ??

Cycle is oct 1st 2024 to sept 2025 ,so u going to bench on oct 6 wont be counted in rating cycle
I didn’t get any increment yet joined on march 2024
