Goal Salary @ 26 LPA

I switched to HCL six months ago with a CTC of 18.8 LPA. I have a total of 6.9 years of experience in RPA.

Before this, I worked at my previous company for four years, and because of that long tenure, my compensation growth was limited. Now I’m aiming to correct my salary trajectory and align it with current market standards. I am targeting around 26 LPA.

Would it be a good decision to switch again after just six months? I would appreciate honest advice from the community, especially from those in the RPA domain.
