Go to US or stay in India ?

I'm currently living in India, but I have a valid H-1B US visa. I recently got two job offers - Company A is offering $130K per year in US, while Company B is offering Rs. 75 lacs (all cash, no RSU/ESOP) in India.

Which one should I join? And why (post in comments) ?

YOE - 15 years

Company A - go to USA

Company B - stay in India

How much money do you think you can save in both places? And how good are the companies/work?

My savings in both US & India will be similar, about Rs. 30 lacs a month. The Indian company has a better brand reputation than the US one, but the work/roles would be similar
