Yeah, it's been two years I am completely out of social media and life has never been this peaceful. I sometimes have this urge to check what's happening though.
Water for me - drink it/swim in it/go on a vacation near it/put it on my head or face/listen to it falling from the sky - whichever is the closest possible!
I re-read some books and listen to classical melodies. Also make sure to go for running every weekdays.
A nap. Or watch a nice movie and eat some tasty food. Or go for a run.
Those are my ways to find comfort :)
