
Trending @Capgemini; Global HR team is a joke
First thing it’s too complicate to connect with one HR they will policies to make employees suffer. none of A4 grades from my batch or my team received hike or promotion email honestly CG should fire whole global HR team as they are just making employee experience worst in the organisation I got amazing team, amazing TL and manager amazing clients and very exciting project with lots of potential and opportunities but these HR policies like BTO ,6hr in time makes environment totally toxic and no transparency on hike or promotion wise. Let A4 take HR roles anyways this organisation has more A4(fresher) expect them to work like a B or C grade A4 can do better job on HR side as well the leadership on HR side is only drawback CG has. They are removing B grade and above replacing A grades for cost cutting in critical client project they should do for HR team.

Even if you stay for 9hr they will find some reason to skip the hike these HR useless they will find something new you better not expect much from the company just learn the technology get experience and leave as soon as possible or you will be just treated as slave

by not giving u hike they are making profit why they all fire them। if u will resign they will re hire u or some other person with samel package this is Capgemini to u

Whenever i ask any query on ask hr they just reply 'Talk to your bu hr for this' . I don't understand for what reason ask hr is there for if they don't have the answers for anything

It highly depends on management. But our management is highly incapable.
How to address the issue and how to improve the performance of the company is based on the decision made by them.
If they leave their ego and need to find the solution by discussing with people who can do. But they approach the right people and discuss among themself and scree again
