Global GESS not opening

My tcs laptop is imaged with client image. Hence ultimatix is not working can’t open global gess. It says open in myapp.tcs.com. But this site says cannot start the app.

How you people are using ultimatix could you please suggest me a better way if there is any?

@StainedNinjaSame with me… this can’t start app problems…. But if you try opening it 3-4 times it opens for me… you can also try

Authenticate your Zscaler once

Ultimatix can be tricky on client-imaged laptops. Try accessing through a VPN or check if Zscaler is properly configured.

In client image I don’t have zscaler or tcs vpn installed
