Is it inside your ide only or entire screen? Try hard killing ide process,
Check if your display is in high contrast mode.

It is hard to tell, but looks like you will need to get a new display.

Ohh, don't forget to re-start the laptop

Check for ide updates or any driver updates as well

It's vscode, and it generally happens with the vscode, figma and watsapp sometime. Rest all software works fine. Tried restarting and updating these software but no betterment.
