Trending @Capgemini; Giving up!!!

I feel like giving up. I was called to the office today and arrived a bit late due to personal issues. Shortly after I arrived, my manager sent an email claiming I hadn't come in, even though he saw me walk into the office. This isn't the first time he's done this; he constantly micromanages and bombards me with follow-up emails at all hours of the night.

Today, when I walked into the office, I overheard my senior manager telling one of my leads that I'm an incompetent resource and a headache for any team. He even questioned how I got into the company and the project. Honestly, for the first year and a half, I was working well and enjoyed my job. But then I was recruited for a project based on my existing skill set and assigned to a sub-project with a completely different tech stack.

Despite a short training period, I struggled and informed them multiple times that the new tech stack didn't suit me, requesting a transfer to a different sub-project. It took them six months to realize this, and now they are shifting me to a different project. However, the previous project's manager and the senior manager continue to harass me. Dealing with their emails and constant criticism has been really hard, and now being called to the office just to face this makes me feel completely done. I just want to give up.

Stay strong mate. Nothing in this is your fault. So, don't blame yourself rather get more stronger with each passing day. Dont stop showing them what you're capable of. Also, I can relate to your situation to some extent. So, know that you're not alone in this and take strength in the fact. At last, we're here to fight for ourselves and we're doing it perfectly. So, let's continue with the strong will without giving up.!

Don't blame yourself for this shitty organisation. They treat you like shit and you deserve much better things. Do not lose hope and try to find some great organization to work with.
