So i started working with zee5 as a Smart TV developer right out of college. After about 2 years , in March 2024 , layoffs happened due the merger between Sony and Zee was called off.
So i was looking for Software developer opportunities , after multiple rejections , hundreds of application, got a decent offer from To The New for the same position of Smart TV developer . I am also getting some raise on the previous CTC , which i am glad considering the current market situation.
So i just wanted to ask about the org To The New , how its work culture is ? Also like what are the growth prospects there ? Also since technically it provides service to other big techs.So will it be an issue if i want to switch to a better product based company.
