Hey bro since you have already resigned and on notice, how easy is it for you to take back your paper and stay back

I'm not going to revoke my resignation unless they give me an appropriate hike for retention. I'm confident in my skills to get a new job but at the same time I'm prepared to be jobless for 2-3 months. I also have a backup to work for someone I know.
