Even though I am on leave, still have to handle the calls 🤙 over the phone or on Teams, revert over the mails, attend the meetings. Is everyone here get the same feel to say, 'Fuck off!" like me?

One senior resource once told me "we are not saving lives here". It's okay to relax while on vacation. Nobody will die if you don't take calls for a few days.
Something happening with me on Lwp still I get calls do some work and manager asking me when I will be back.
