I read a tweet where this couple was on date, and he got flowers for her ordered through Blinkit (he delivered at restaurant)
She write is her tweet that this took away the romance out of it Had he gone to flower shop himself, the gesture would have meant bigger
I understand both individuals but nothing as right or wrong imo

She is right, any gift loses its charm if you don’t put your emotion and effort in it, more so in such romantic matters.
And “right or wrong” is such a hugely misleading words. I mean nothing is wrong if you are not hurting someone, but then what is more appropriate and more sensical thing to do, that is the point:
Gesture, big or small, always means a lot considering it involves thought.
