Please explain the reason

For Capgemini, I've seen so many complaints that even after getting selected, people are not getting offer letter. Or sometimes there onboarding is stuck because of slow verification process. I read in jobs and opportunity group that Capgemini actually held few people back for a month or so because of verification process. They said that they tried to HR multiple times. Sometimes they replied with they'll get back to them and sometimes they don't even pick the call. So they joined another organization while waiting for Capgemini's offer letter.

Ques: where are you based out of? Roles and grade offered in both? Which bangalore HM office electronic city or madiwala ?

can i know what your previous compensation was? Want to check what is the salry bracket to which this percent hikes are offered
