Give me best advice to switch

This is my first company and I'm here for 4 years please suggest me best approach and share your experience that helped you switch. I look forward to any kind of guidance or tips you could provide.

I am really really anxious that I feel I don't know anything. In reality I got early promotion and awards for my performance but I feel I'm not technically strong. I am good at analysis and presenting things, getting it done. I want to change my career and maybe go more into general roles.

I am not sure whether to select 1 industry and become expert or switch multiple and gain experience in many. Since AI is coming into picture I'm worried that it'll replace general roles like BA/PM/Consultant. Also at the same time isn't it scary to become a developer too as AI can code?

I would really appreciate any kind of guidance, I am thinking a lot please help me😭
