Yes they have hired a lot of people and major issue is that they are on bench and are not capable enough to get on project. It's a high cost to company. The interviewers have done shit job in hiring and now everyone is facing the heat for it

It's everywhere , even after doing good we get yelled yet. Yesterday it happened with me incomplete managers can't do shit instead of blaming... I also worked with offshore manager and the way they protect their team in unmatched.. indian delivery managers are shit
