Now Residential property is already too overpriced in gift city, mostly builders trying to cash in on the hype train.

Plus apart from proximity to probable office buildings there's not much perks for home owners.

The government is trying to build Singapore with unlimited freedom yet poking some legal issues within the project. They need to make them separate entities/nations for at least. It is just small land forms and see how it goes. Just give national security to that city. And let business flow freely and internationally.

It's like I want to build a free society but couldn't really give you land to establish. -Metaphor
