Not able to get into HR rounds after doing well in technical interviews.
Comp1: cleared 5 technical rounds. They asked me to come in person for a particular date, informed me that date and time will be informed later. After a week got rejection mail.
Comp2: Done well in the technical round. Profile was in process status in the company portal for the last 45 days. Today I got a rejection mail.

Sorry man. But it's the same case everywhere. I've been attending interviews since March. Even if I manage to clear all tech rounds they eliminate due to some ridiculous reasons.
I've interviewed with Groww. Cleared 5 rounds. 2 hours after my final round I get an elimination email. It sucks, we're all on the same boat.
But this is way better than being in notice period and getting our only offer rescinded. Happened to a friend of mine.
I thought I'm the only person who is facing this 🫂
Recently, when I got a rejection email after clearing all the rounds and impressing everyone on board, HM had a separate short connect with me explaining why I'm rejected. The reason was that the other candidate was more experienced than me. They at least took that effort to explain to me the reason why it was not my fault but the other candidate was better. It felt bad but a little relaxed knowing the actual reason other than just getting the rejection email.
This is companies just testing the waters to understand what the market salaries are currently. Absolutely horrible practice.

Give the HR a break. It's dushera season. They are busy doing rangoli and plan dandiya dance. Next is diwali they need to plan ethnic wear day etc.. they will come back in Feb after Pongal and republic day celebration.
