Ghosted by Uber recruiter after all the rounds

Move on, my friend. Recently interviewed with a firm similar to Uber. Went 3 rounds - 1 Case study. All to be ghosted at the end. Tried calling the recruiter and she didn't pick up. It gets easier with the team. Something I learnt the hard way is always assume you will not get the job after you complete the interview.

Where do you think the drivers get it from?

Did you let them know your destination ( where you see yourself in 5 years?) by any chance?

I heard that Uber laid off talent folks - could be the reason.

Consider it better than laying off, move on mate. Bright future and endless possibilities ahead of you.

Same happened with me. Infact they congratulated me for clearing all the rounds and its been 5 months and they haven’t released offer letter :) At last , I lost hope after multiple follow up. Big disappointment
