"Ghosted by 3 MNCs after Verbal Offer"

Well for last 6month I gave interviews for 3 mnc's I cleared all and had a hr discussion agreed to offer but didn't get the offer letter. Can someone let me know why this happened.

Could be many reasons like got another candidate who performed well than you, change in budget, change in requirement, internal hiring.
Keep applying and approaching to recruiter and managers through mail ask for referral to you friends, ex colleague, connections.
