I was part of Deloitte USI for 3 years 2018-2021 (kuch points outdated ho sakte hai)

1. Talent Pool : Below average, most folks do not know how to code.
2. Office Politics: Mere sath to achha hi hua mostly but fir bhi kafi kuch networking and relation pe chalta hai
3. Management style: Is strength ki company ke liye completely hierarchy-less hona impossible hai but micromanagement nahi dikha mujhe jyada
4. WFH: During my tenure It was very much flexible but I’ve heard ki ab 2 days a week mandatory hai
5. WLB : Depends is on your project but if you want to grow aggressively you’ll have to work 10-12hrs
6. Leave policy: You will mostly work with US clients to kafi sorted hai .
7. Hike : Yar hike perecentage bahut deceptive hota hai. I mean for 50LPA 10% is great but for 10LPA it is bad. It took me 3 years to move from 12LPA to 15LPA. I was not happy with hikes and promotions. Specifically the role of coach to present your case end of each year.
