Trending @Capgemini; Getting warning mails from bench management

Hi Folks,

I am getting mail from bench management every 15 days that "You remain unallocated for long duration. Company is compassionate to your attempts and is providing you 15 days for you to identify allocation to a project. Please note failure to obtain allocation may lead to initiation of necessary actions to mitigate further productivity losses."

Now problem is i am putting in all my hard work for the interview preparation but unfortunately I have not been able to clear any client interviews yet.

Has any strict action been taken against anyone who has been on the bench for more than 1 or 3 months?
