How much you are getting? Why you have stayed for 14 years?
I joined as an BPO1. I got conversation from BPO to IT. They given BPO3 equivalent to C1 without hike. Frustrated... Now I'm in C2.
Switch asap. Now market is open. You will need to justify your experience and salary but if you can crack technical rounds they might consider you.
Can u please liist the time line of ur package in TCS for every year?

@SoupyDurian revealing your salary doesn't make any difference in your pay, people here will only comment and laugh or question your capability so better work hard and switch.
If you look at their life they are even in worst situation den you. So be happy and feel happy about your life and pass happiness to near and dear ones.
Iam in the same bucket .don't stay in the company more than five years. I also got struct in the same company and still on the lower side and the people who switched a lot getting higher packages
