Trending @Cognizant; Getting too much work

Hi i joined cognizant in September 2023, didn't got any project first so was in bench for like a year recently in December theylgave me a project and my life has been hell from the moment my local setup was done, the project has less people and more workload and they have a release date soon so everything is on a tight schedule, they're giving me complex cards to work on and since everyone's busy nobody is helping me I've messed up quite a few times and manager yells at me. In daily standups they ask me status when I say I'm not able to do they just say we'll connect and forget. The project manager made me work on holiday and Saturday too, how do I get out of this situation
