If the company is not owned by your dad and it’s obvious you have to follow the rules. I think fair would be if you have been terminated directly.

Project location and base location are two different things.
Individual has full right to deny, if movement if is for different location, however Project is also right to roll off because nature of project delivery might demand it

Many people are working remotely for the project and are not asked to come to project location. That’s why i was asking.
Accenture has lots of project if you are skilled enough you will find another project don’t worry.
Its thier loss not yours if they are leaving a good resource out because of location constraints
@HollowLoft8 Were they trying to decrease locations, or trying to segregate entire project workforce in few cities?
We have a 20-member team distributed across 9 locations
