Hello Folks, need some suggestions on a scenario.

Wipro team is planning to retain me and are assuring the role i asked along with the pay. I have two offers from Accenture and CTS with the proper role I wanted ...so should I consider staying back in Wipro? What if Wipro takes back the promise they make now? I am confused in taking a decision. Can you all provide your valuable suggestions 🙏🙏

If you are believing in their words then you are simply living in fool's paradise. Accept offer and leave Wipro if you are serious about your career.

Don’t trust , I did that same sometime back and at the end nothing will work. Better to go , don’t think they will do something in future ..

If you thought you wanna to stay let’s ask them now only instead of future
